Shared note	10/21/90, The Eno and Enos Family in America by Douglas C. Richardson, p.231. About 1825, he married his first cousin, Electa Walker, the dau. of Elijah and Lucina (Colton) Walker. Electa was born Jan.14,1799 in Vershire, Vt. After their marriage they settled in Granby, Ct. and then moved to Bristol, IN. where Electa died Nov.9,1844. After her death, Newton moved to Keosauqua, IA.
