A Thomas Williamson appears on the 1820 census of Lower Mahantango, Schuylkill County, PA; his household contained three boys and four girls aged 10 or younger, one girl aged 10-16, and Thomas and his wife aged between 26 and 45. His occupational category is noted as "Manufacturing." On the same census in Upper and Lower Mahantango, there appear heads of households named William, George, Alexander, and James Williamson, all aged 26-44; and a Gideon Williamson, who is listed as being 45 or older.
