Source: A Home of the Olden Time, Printed from NEHG Register, Vol. 25, Jan. 1871 Richard with three of his children removed to Nantucket, where more were born unto him. His eldest daughter, Sarah became the wife of Eleazer Folger, brother of Dr. Franklin's (Benjamin Franklin) mother. Some of his descendants intermarried with Coffins, Macys, Starbucks and other well-known names of that sea-girt isle, greatly multiplying and continuing prosperous down to our own time.
