| Shared note | !BIR: NEHG Register Vol 12 p218 This source gives a birthdate of 1776, but the Newton VR provides the 1774 date. Dr. Harris, author of the article cited above, must have misread two lines. He gives the first child, Temperance, as having been born Sept. 2, 1774 and then makes this one the standard two years later.
