| Shared note | On June 13, 1995 I visited Mt Hermon Union Cemetary. It is located on Frew Mill Road, about 1/2 mile north of 422. Found the burial site of William Hogue, and perhaps Martha. Quote on Tombstone is" Blessed are the poor in spirit they shall inherit the land. As I read stone it said he was 70 years, 6mo, and 20 days old when he died 27 Jul 1868. Also noted a stone for Florence Ann, probably died 15 Dec 1862. Hard to read daughter of, may have been William & Mary Presbyterian Church is still in operation as is the cemetary @MI35151@ |
