Elizabeth … was born about 1662 and died in 1676. She married Benjamin Whitney, son of John Whitney and Ruth Reynolds, in 1676. He was born on November 28, 1660 in Watertown, Middlesex, MA and died in 1736 in Watertown, Middlesex, MA at the age of 75.
Shared note | From Robert Ward: Barry, History of Framingham, p. 436, gives him (Benjamin) a second wife, Elizabeth; says his will was probated in 1736, and that he left Benjamin, Samuel, Joseph and Elizabeth. This is the only source for Samuel and Joseph, and it is assumed that the Elizabeth is the 2nd wife rather than a daughter. Provided by: Allan Green [email protected] |
