The second time he married Mercy Wilmot, daughter of Benjamin Wilmot and Elizabeth (Heaton), on July 15, 1679 in Milford, New Haven Co., CT. She was born on February 16, 1646 and died in 1687 at the age of 40. The third time he married Elizabeth Powell, daughter of Michael Powell and Abigail Unknown, on July 17, 1689. She was born in 1625 and died in 1708 at the age of 83.
