      Hazel Margaret Wylie, daughter of George Wylie and Elizabeth Eva Schubert, was born on March 19, 1913 in Newtown Nsw and died on December 9, 1962 in Enmore Nsw at the age of 49. She married Leslie Lawson Livingstone Lawrence, son of Thomas John Lawrence and Margaret Elenor Daley.

Adam joined the Prince of Wales Own Regiment, 2nd Battalion, 14th Regiment (Service No 729)in Edinborough Scotland on 9 October 1858 (aged 18). Served in New Zealand as a Corporal in the Maori Wars in July 1865. Was demoted to Private in 1866for drunkenness. Sailed with the Battalion to Hobart in November 1866. Was in and out of cells from January to June 1868 for drunk, disorderly and AWOL. The Battalion, including Adam and Catherine and children, sailed for Sydney about 1869. As the Regiment was to be disbanded many of the Battalion sailed for England in 1870 but Adam and Catherine chose to stay in Sydney to make a new life for themselves. A further three children - Alfred (1870), George (1872) and Catherine (1874) were born in Sydney. After abandoning Catherine and the children in Sydney he later married Deborah Walton bigamously (also known as Margaret Watkins) on 2 November 1904 at Granville NSW. They had one son also named Adam who was born in 1906 at Granville. Debra Walton was tried for bigamy, as she was still married to Robert Albert Watkins when she married Adam Wylie. Adam died 13 January 1907 at Granville and is buried in Rookwood Cemetery. He was aged 67.
