R.W., from Ross Andrews, says intent published in Lancaster 16 Jun 1776. The transcribed Whitney entries says January instead of June, but that could be a mistranscription. Published in Shrewsbury on 13 July 1776, so June is more logical. Marriage at above date is not in the Whitney Extracts from the Shrewsbury VR's.
