This marriage is not completely proven, in that Lambert is of Boylston, which is also in Worcester County, about 9 - 10 miles away from Westborough, and the Westborough VR's does NOT identify him as being of that place. At the same time, the cumulative index to all the Whitney VR's show only this one Lambert available to be the husband in this marriage - the only other Lambert being Lambert-Lincoln Whitney, b. 1796 in Northborough and dying the same year.
